Ian has held the position of President of the Panorama Business Group since establishing it in 2004, Ian has an extensive background in retail, finance, sales management, and business development that spans several decades.
Prior to establishing the Panorama Business Group, Ian held the positions of President, General Manager and Director at various corporations. Ian has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Saint Mary's University and Bachelor of Education from Dalhousie University in Halifax.

Ian MacKenzie
As the President of Castle Financial Group since its inception in 1995, Rob has an extensive and accomplished background in the financial services industry. Prior to formation of Castle, he held positions in industry as a Director, Secretary/Treasurer, and Controller.
Rob’s industry credentials include having CPA-CGA (Chartered Professional Accountant), CFP (Certified Financial Planner) and TEP (Trust and Estate Planner) designations. Rob is an active member of CPA Alberta, the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and Advocis. Other memberships include CALU and CAFE.
Rob is a Dealing Representative of Portfolio Strategies Corporation.

Rob MacKenzie
Since joining the Panorama Business Group as the Chief Financial Officer in 2018, Jason has been providing financial insight both internally and to clients as it relates to the company’s products and services. Prior to joining the Group, Jason held positions both in industry and public accounting, primarily focused on financial reporting and controls as it relates to publicly accountable enterprises.
Jason credentials include having a CPA-CA (Chartered Professional Accountant) designation, as well as being a licensed Life and A&S Insurance Agent.

Jason Hanson
Caitlin joined Panorama in 2021 as Administrator Coordinator and Executive Assistant to both Ian and Jason in the London office. Providing clerical and administrative support with 15+ years of experience working with medical, dental, insurance, and executive offices.
She is also a licensed Life and A&S Insurance Agent.
